Residential Hybrid Inverter Firmware Upgrades via SolisCloud
Published: September 2026
We are pleased to announce that the latest firmware versions for all Solis residential hybrid inverters are now available through SolisCloud.
As of 2 September 2026, installers with the appropriate SolisCloud account permissions can perform firmware upgrades directly without assistance from Solis Technical Support.
How to Upgrade Your Inverter
Firmware upgrades can be initiated from either:
- The SolisCloud Web Portal
- The SolisCloud Mobile App
To start an upgrade:
- Log in to your installer account.
- Navigate to the inverter you wish to update.
- Click or tap the "Inverter Upgrade" button located in the top-right corner of the inverter interface.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade.
Support Requests for Firmware Upgrades
Because firmware upgrades can now be performed directly by installers, Solis Technical Support will generally ask installers to carry out the upgrade themselves using the SolisCloud platform.
If the Upgrade Function Is Not Available
If you are unable to access the upgrade function, or if the firmware upgrade process is not working correctly, please provide the following information when contacting support:
- Installer account details
- Inverter serial number(s)
- A screen recording showing the issue, or
- Clear screenshots of any error messages or abnormal behaviour
This information will help us investigate the issue and, where required, escalate it to our headquarters support team for further analysis.
Need Assistance?
If you experience any difficulties with the firmware upgrade process or require further support, please contact your local Solis Technical Support team and provide the information listed above.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us ensure all systems benefit from the latest firmware improvements and product enhancements.
