Reset SolisCloud Password
Login to SolisCloud:
1. Select preferred Language
2. Fill in your Email Address
3. Fill in your Password
4. Check mark the boxes, the Privacy Policy is Mandatory
5. Click Login and follow instructions
When you forgot your password, simply click on “Forgot Password”
1. Enter your email address with which you created your account and click “Verification Code”
slide the puzzle piece to the correct place
Check your inbox for “verification Code”. Check your Spam box as well as email should be sent immediately

Enter the received code at 2.
Create a new password. Please note that the password is a combination of numbers, letters and symbols from 8 to 32 digits without spaces
Click done when you confirmed the password and you should receive below message on your screen, click OK to log in to your Solis Cloud with your email address and just newly created password.
