When setting up the connection to the monitoring portal for a datalogger you can use either the SolisCloud app or the web User interface of the logger by connecting through the Google Chrome web browser.

If you are having trouble when using the app, please try the web interface and close all mobile data connections and forget the wifi network password on your phone for your home router, as the phone might disconnect you from the logger's AP while making the setup.

Use password 123456789 to login to the dataloggers wifi network and to connect to 10.10.100.254 use username: admin , password: 123456789
If your logger is not online on your account and also you can't find the AP in the wifi list, please try and reset your logger following the instructions in the video below.

Also please make sure the communication address set for the inverter is 1. Please check on inverter's screen in Main Menu->Settings->Set Address
