PV plant Transfer Request to a different Installer Account




In accordance with European data protection regulations, only the plant owner may request modifications to the installer account associated with their PV system. 


There are 2 possible options:


  1. The owner can log into their SolisCloud account and modify it. 
  2. Download the form attached to this article, complete it, sign it, and send it to technical support. 

 

Modification via Webpage:

  • Access the System Overview, go to the Info tab, and click on Edit Information

  • In the Basic Information tab, scroll down and click Find

  • A window will pop up. Enter the installer code or email, click Search, select the installer, and save the changes.

Modification via App:


  • Log into the system and click on the Info tab. 
  • Scroll down and click on Modify Info




  • In the Basic Information tab, click on Organisation Code




  • Enter the installer code or email address and click Confirm Change
