EPM 5G Plus- Abnormal Offline on Soliscloud

In case EPM 5G Plus is in abnormal Offline status permant, even if inverter/s are correctly Online and transmitting data to Soliscloud, please check:

- Data logger firmware version: if necessary, upgrade to latest tested version available;

- In EPM setting, make sure that Advanced Sertting - 0010 - "Transmit" parameter should be set on OFF;

- Address on EPM: If it was set on 01 earlier, try to modify it (for example set it on 99) and then set it again on 01 to be sure Modbus address is fixed;
