WIFI Configuration Videos :
Please try these methods to configure your Datalogger.

2️⃣ Alternative method using IP Address: https://youtu.be/6KlpJMFPu60
Troubleshooting and Installation Tips
No Solis WiFi Network Found
Ensure the datalogger is in setup mode by holding the reset button until only the red LED remains on. It can take up to a minute for the WiFi network to appear on your phone after a reset.
Turn off mobile data and forget any WiFi network your phone can connect to. This is crucial to prevent your phone from disconnecting from the datalogger and reconnecting to another WiFi network.
Can't Access 10.10.100.254
Double-check that mobile data is off and that you are connected to the Solis datalogger’s WiFi.
Try another web browser (do not use the Google app; Chrome is acceptable).
When using the alternative setup method, enter 10.10.100.254 in the browser's URL bar (not the Google search bar).
WiFi Connection Fails
Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz, and that the password entered is correct.
Some routers require separating 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks; refer to the guide or video for assistance.
Use the 2.4GHz network during datalogger configuration (5GHz can be re-enabled afterward).

Firewall Issues
If the WiFi password is correct and the network is 2.4GHz, the firewall might be blocking the connection. Ensure the following:
The required ports and URLs are open as described [here].
In the router settings, "allow connection to new devices" should be enabled.
All ports should be open, especially port 10000.
Do not use repeaters.
Still Having Trouble?
Restart your router, inverter, and datalogger (unplug for 1 minute, then reconnect).
Incorrect Datalogger Installation
The datalogger is often installed incorrectly by twisting the silver dongle itself instead of turning only the black ring. Do not overtighten.
The address in the inverter settings menu must be 01 if a datalogger is connected directly.
⚠️ Be careful! Incorrect installation can damage the inverter!
Add Your Datalogger to Your Monitoring Platform
Enter your datalogger serial number into your plant on our Monitoring Platform: www.soliscloud.com or via the App.
User guides for the platform are available in the 'Help' section once logged in.
Reset the Dongle
If the logger cannot be found by serial number, hold the reset button for 10 seconds to enter reset mode.
Keep holding the button until only the red light remains on (this may take up to 1 minute).
Once you release the reset button, the orange and green lights will start flashing again.
