In order to complete a voltage calibration a firmware update is required on the DSP and HMI firmware.
Process:
1st. Update the DSP and HMI firmware follow the attached procedure.
2nd. Calibrate following the "OV-G_V Calibration Guide" (Attached).
If for any reason you are unable to complete the procedures - please phone us and we will walk you through it.
