Kindly refer the attached document, most frequently observed alarm/error, has been listed and also corrective action and troubleshooting step to clear the fault.

if in case any further Solis service person assistance is needed prior to call Solis service support phone no# respective alarm/error troubleshooting can be carried out by installer and can share the feedback to Solis service person for further actions.
